Job summary

Clarksoutlet is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will actively sell shoes and accessories and support daily retail operations, both front and back of house.

Join us to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high brand standards, and work with a friendly team. Weekend and bank holiday shifts may be required; training and product knowledge are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work with people and deliver great consumer experience.
• Willingness to meet store KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the consumer experience and stay up to date with product knowledge.
• Help achieve store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold brand and retail standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
