Job summary

Zachary Daniels in London is seeking a Retail CRM & Performance Manager for a luxury flagship. The role is in-store and sits within the Store's Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Store Director and closely collaborating with the regional CRM function.

You will lead CRM and clienteling activity, analyze customer and sales data, and translate insights into commercial action. The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to coach and influence

Qualifications

Experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail.
Strong analytical and numerical capability with the ability to identify commercial opportunities within data.
Experience working with CRM systems, customer databases and performance reporting.
Ability to coach, influence or develop retail teams.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of CRM and customer performance activity within the store.
Analyse CRM, customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor performance against CRM, sales and customer KPIs.
Provide leadership with clear analysis and recommendations.
Translate data and customer insight into practical action plans for the store.
