Job summary

B&Q Jersey is hiring a Customer Advisor for a full-time, fixed-term contract. The role covers a 36.45 hour week with shifts Monday to Sunday, 7.00am to 8.00pm, at an hourly rate of £15.24 (including a £2.14 location allowance).

You will help customers, manage stock and displays, and may receive training in paint-mixing and timber cutting. We value friendly team players who can adapt to a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays, and who are keen to learn and use new technology to improve

Qualifications

• Enjoy helping customers and working well in a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new ways of working.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer guidance and service.
• Assist with stock management and visual displays.
• Be trained in paint-mixing and timber-cutting (where offered).
