Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant. You’ll move between restocking shelves and tills, deliver friendly service, and keep the store clean and welcoming. The role pays £13.45–£14.45 per hour, with extra £2.00 for bank holidays and £3.50 for nights, plus a competitive benefits package and pro rata holiday.

Training and support are provided, with clear progression paths to Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist as you grow with the team.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
