Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
