Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with products and services and offer help when needed.
• Support across the store: shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, delivery assistance, and general service.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
• Build rapport so customers leave with a great experience.
• Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly.
