Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Store Colleague to join our stores across the UK. You'll provide friendly service, know our products, and support a range of store tasks from shelf replenishment to checkout assistance and online order picking.

Roles include flexible shift patterns with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, including opportunities in locations outside the M25. We value teamwork, initiative, and great customer experience, and we encourage applications from anyone with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Friendly, natural service orientation and building rapport with customers.
• Ability to work in a busy store with a variety of duties.
• Willingness to take on flexible shift patterns and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and offer help when needed.
• Support across store duties including shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, and occasional deliveries.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete store routines.
• Understand how role supports service, sales, waste reduction and store performance.
