Job summary

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with some locations offering extra payments. You’ll work as part of an inclusive team, with opportunities to grow and develop new skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
