Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s retail centre in Grantham. This face-to-face and telephone role requires a passion for customer service and at least 1 year of customer interaction experience.

You will manage the customer journey from arrival to departure and future bookings, providing honest vehicle service recommendations and ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team. Training, progression, and a bonus scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• At least 1 year's experience dealing with customers face-to-face.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete in-centre customer journey from arrival through to departure and future bookings.
• Be honest with the customer about what services/products their vehicle needs.
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team.
• Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service.
• Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolve enquiries and complaints with care and speed.
• Maintain impeccable front-of-house standards at all times.
