Job Title: In Store Cleaning Manager

Overview

Location: Tadcaster

Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour

Hours: 20 hours over 6 days

• Sunday: 07:00-10:00
• Monday-Tuesday: 06:00-10:00
• Wednesday-Friday: 06:00-09:00
• Saturday: Day Off

As an In-Store Cleaning Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for delivering cleaning services at Sainsbury’s, while also performing some cleaning tasks yourself.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage your cleaning team.
• Plan rotas and work patterns.
• Complete timesheets for accurate payroll processing.
• Monitor and manage health & safety for all on site.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be experienced team managers with a background in cleaning and retail. Experience in stock management, time recording, and employee relations (investigations, disciplinaries, performance management) is essential.
