Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 38 hours over 6 days
Schedule:
- Sunday: Day Off
- Monday: 05:00 - 12:00
- Tuesday: 05:00 - 12:00
- Wednesday: 05:00 - 12:00
- Thursday: 05:00 - 12:00
- Friday: 05:00 - 12:00
- Saturday: 05:00 - 10:30

We’re looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager. You’ll supervise the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury’s store and also carry out some cleaning tasks yourself.
Responsibilities
- Support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team
- Plan rotas and work patterns
- Complete timesheets for correct payment
- Maintain flexibility with working times to meet business needs
- Monitor and manage Health & Safety, our No.1 priority
We’ll provide all necessary equipment and support.
Qualifications
To be successful, you’ll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with cleaning experience. You should have experience in stock management, time recording, and handling employee relations such as investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management.
