The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property – is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We’re now seeking In Room Dining Night Waiter/Waitressto be part of our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to help craft a seamless, high-touch experience that brings luxury dining. As an In Room Dining Night Waiter/ Waitress, you will be the face of our food & beverage offering after hours—delivering late-night meals, setting up breakfast trays, and responding to guest requests with warmth and care. Whether it’s a quiet supper or an early morning coffee, you’ll ensure that every detail is handled with grace and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms efficiently and elegantly

• Set up, clear and reset trays, trolleys, and in-room dining setups with precision

• Respond to guest needs and special requests with a sense of urgency and care

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times

• Support coordination with kitchen and overnight teams for smooth service flow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food & beverage, ideally in luxury hospitality or in-room dining

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, discreet, and professional presence—especially overnight

• Attention to detail, reliability, and a natural sense of hospitality

• Flexibility to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays
