Job summary

Coworth Park is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor to lead and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will drive In-Room Dining sales, ensure seamless service and uphold the 5-star standard across the room service operation.

You will mentor the In-Room Dining team, manage guest requests with creativity, and collaborate with Events Operations to support hotel events while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an In Room Dining Supervisor within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & monitor In-Room Dining sales, service & operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience and maximise business potential.
• Lead and motivate the In-Room Dining team to achieve business goals, budgets and service standards.
• Ensure the In-Room Dining menu and environment aligns with a 5-star establishment to meet guest expectations.
• Handle guests' special requests with flexibility and creativity during the day.
• Take orders and deliver In-Room Dining, manage amenities and mini-bars.
• Deliver the highest standard of service by anticipating guests’ needs with personalized service.
• Train and develop the team, including spot checks and guidance.
• Collaborate with Events Operations Manager and oversee events; deputize in absence of manager and manage opening/closing.
• Complete personal objectives and other tasks as needed.
