Job summary

Lore Group’s Sea Containers London on the South Bank is seeking an In-Room Dining Server (Part Time) to deliver food and drinks to guests' rooms, ensuring every order is presented beautifully and every interaction reflects the warm, distinctive service our hotel is known for.

You’ll join a busy Food & Beverage team, work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, and benefit from service charge, employee discounts and other perks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.

• Working closely with the kitchen, restaurant and wider Food & Beverage team.

In-Room Dining Server (Part Time)

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and guest-focused In-Room Dining Server to join our team on a part-time basis. The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering food and drinks to our guests’ rooms, ensuring every order is presented beautifully, and every interaction reflects the warm, distinctive service our hotel is known for.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented and meets our standards.
• Creating genuine connections with guests and providing warm, personalised service.
• Setting up and clearing in-room dining orders efficiently and discreetly.
• Working closely with the kitchen, restaurant and wider Food & Beverage team.
• Responding to guest requests and helping to resolve any issues quickly and positively.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety at all times.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Is naturally friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with guests.
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Can remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Has previous hospitality, restaurant or hotel experience — although attitude and personality are just as important.

Is flexible and comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge + benefits
