Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking an In Room Dining Associate to join our team of associates in In Room Dining. Our associates provide residents with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.

Key expectations include delivering brand promise, exceptional guest service, and a thorough understanding of culinary and beverage service to enhance the In Room Dining experience. Strong telephone etiquette helps ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
• Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
• Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Has a thorough understanding of culinary and beverage service skills to better deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests
• Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
• Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
