Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will coordinate guest orders, liaise with kitchen and service teams, and uphold Four Seasons’ renowned service standards in a luxury, fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, based in London, with a 40-hour week and rotating shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage, In Room Dining, Reservations, or guest service roles.
• Excellent communication and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and guest-focused approach.
• Confidence using hotel systems and technology.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process In Room Dining orders via telephone and digital platforms.
• Provide guests with menu, beverage, and daily specials recommendations.
• Coordinate orders with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate order records and billing procedures.
• Support service profitability and guest experience.
• Ensure seamless communication across operational departments.
