Job summary

Auberge Collection's Cambridge House in London seeks an In-Room Dining Coordinator to connect guests with the culinary world, delivering warm, personalized service and seamless orders. As In-Room Dining Coordinator, you will be the thoughtful link between our guests and the culinary world of Cambridge House, bringing the art of hospitality to the comfort of the rooms. From a warm and welcoming voice on the telephone to the seamless coordination of each order, you will ensure every experience feels personal, considered and effortlessly delivered. Guided by intuition, genuine care and a natural instinct for making people feel at home, you will approach every request with warmth, discretion and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guest calls and requests with warmth, professionalism and attentive listening, creating a sense of ease from the very first hello.

Coordinate food and beverage orders with culinary and the wider House team, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and impeccable presentation.

Develop a thorough knowledge of our menus, ingredients and beverages, offering thoughtful recommendations and accommodating dietary requirements and personal preferences.

Work collaboratively with Front Office, Housekeeping and other House team members to coordinate guest amenities, special occasions and individual requests.

Maintain impeccable standards of telephone etiquette, accuracy, presentation, confidentiality, food safety and hygiene, ensuring that every detail reflects the care and character of Cambridge House.

Contribute ideas and support the development of in-Room dining procedures, helping shape a seamless service and a welcoming culture from the very beginning.

Support a welcoming, respectful and generous working environment where team members feel valued, ideas are heard and everyone takes pride in the part they play in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Previous experience in In-Room Dining, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.

Collaborative spirit, a discreet and professional manner, and a willingness to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
