Job summary

Computer Futures seeks an experienced Project Manager to support a demolition and construction project at a major food manufacturing facility in Aintree. The role involves managing the project through demolition and construction within a live operational environment and coordinating site activities with contractors and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive scope, programme, cost and safety, acting as the main interface with the client and project team, while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering demolition and construction projects.
• Delivery experience in operational industrial environments.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client liaison skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and work packages.
• Ability to manage construction activities within live manufacturing.
• Knowledge of construction safety, risk management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project through demolition and construction phases.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Interface between client, site stakeholders, contractors and project team.
• Plan and sequence demolition and construction activities.
• Identify risks, site constraints and operational interfaces.
• Coordinate contractors and monitor milestones.
• Lead progress meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage change control and escape issues.
• Ensure compliance with site rules, permits and health and safety standards.
• Minimise disruption to live manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support project handover, close-out and completion of all deliverables.
