Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing settings such as retail, hospitality, reception, leisure, care, community work or similar.
• Strong communication and reliability demonstrated through education, volunteering or personal responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• On-site face-to-face engagement with prospective customers to assess relevance of the service.
• Explain the service clearly and give customers space to decide.
• Complete required steps after interest is shown and document outcomes.
• Provide regular feedback and help improve campaign performance.
• Support and coaching are available and development is encouraged.
