Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking Call Centre Agents for a 12-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role is office-based with full-time 37 hours or part-time 27.5 hours, weekend rotation, and full training provided.

You will handle calls, emails and queries, follow procedures, prioritise tasks, and deliver high-quality customer service. Pay is £13.45 per hour with weekly PAYE and 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays.

• Distribute information and support other team members as needed.
