Job summary

Asset Protection Group is building its first in-house Talent function in Warrington. This Talent Manager will lead recruitment across Engineers, Project Managers, Sales, Operations and Support, shaping strategy and building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Ideal candidates bring proven recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and a commercially minded, results-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, agency or in-house.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across disciplines.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and recruitment systems.
• Proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Direct sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and headhunting.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and preferred suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and ensure value and quality from agencies.
• Oversee job board activity, advertising campaigns and candidate attraction strategies.
• Write engaging job adverts to improve response rates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insight.
• Develop recruitment processes and establish a best-in-class talent function.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and sourcing effectiveness.
