Global Media Group is seeking a Senior Researcher for its Internal Executive Search function in London. The role combines talent research, people analytics and talent intelligence to build an internal pipeline for senior appointments.

Based in London with three days in the office, you will map markets, analyse competitors and provide insights to reduce reliance on external search firms.

Qualifications

• Experience across talent research, people analytics and talent intelligence, ideally from an executive search firm or an internal talent function.
• Strong experience as a Research and Insights Analyst desired.
• Expertise in talent mapping and market mapping.

Responsabilités

• Market intelligence: act as the subject matter expert on the talent landscape and monitor industry trends to anticipate talent movement.
• Talent mapping: map competitor organisations and identify key people within target departments.
• Long listing: build long lists for niche roles with a diverse pool of candidates.
• Competitor analysis: examine competitor structures and where senior talent is moving to provide actionable insights.
