• Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, online research, alumni networks and industry groups.
• Engage senior candidates through tailored approaches and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain candidate and market intelligence.
• Prepare candidate packs and progress reports.
• Support consultants during client briefings and initial search/pitch.
• Project manage searches to agreed timescales and deliver strong results.
• Grow long-term relationships with candidates and expand networks.
• Collaborate with consultants to deliver outcomes.
