Job summary

Brightwork is recruiting a Recruitment Advisor for an ongoing temporary assignment in Bellshill. You will join a busy in-house recruitment function, managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and partnering with hiring managers and HR.

This on-site role requires strong sourcing, interview coordination, and compliance with GDPR and right-to-work checks, with an emphasis on delivering a positive candidate experience and reliable recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with GDPR and right to work checks.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand requirements.
• Source candidates via direct search, advertising and online platforms.
• Screen applications and produce high-quality shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and support selection process.
• Assist with psychometric testing and assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Produce recruitment reports and KPIs.
• Ensure GDPR, data protection and right-to-work compliance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Improve direct applications and reduce agency reliance.
