Job summary

Opus People Solutions Ltd is seeking an In-House Recruiter to join our RPO team, supporting recruitment across the Vertas Group. You will manage the full lifecycle for permanent and temporary vacancies, from sourcing and screening to offer management, ensuring the business attracts and secures top talent.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver market insights, and maintain excellent candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working and GBP salary apply.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in an in-house or high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience recruiting for Facilities Management, operational, or blue-collar roles is desirable.
• A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, primarily for blue-collar and operational roles.
• Advertise vacancies across various job boards and recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
• Screen applications, conduct telephone and virtual interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange interviews and manage the offer process from start to finish.
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Provide market insight and recruitment advice, considering market trends and recruitment challenges.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
