• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles across different functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement ability.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems and job boards.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Professional, credible, and solutions-focused approach.

The Role

This is a strategic, internal recruitment position where you’ll take ownership of hiring across Trade Mastermind and its specialist divisions.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted partner to attract, engage, and secure top talent, directly impacting the growth and success of the business.

This role offers real stability, autonomy, and influence, without the pressure of agency sales targets, while still rewarding performance and results.

What You’ll Be Doing
