Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in residential property law.
  • Interest in building safety regulation.
  • Exposure to construction or building safety matters beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of legal matters related to leasehold compliance and title defects.
  • Advise on contentious and non-contentious construction issues.
  • Provide legal support to internal teams on compliance strategies.
  • Manage litigation and specialist advisory work.
  • Assist in developing legal documents and due diligence processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance across all operations.
