Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The role reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

You should be comfortable working with colleagues and clients globally, across multiple countries and levels of seniority.

What we are looking for

• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• UK qualified lawyer with 6+ years of PQE or experience.

Required skills and experience:

• Extensive experience advising and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value agreements.
• Experience working within or with software or IT companies (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
