Qualifications

• Expérience de 2 à 5 ans PQE en droit du travail.
• Expert dans les litiges liés au droit du travail.
• Expérience dans la supervision de collègues ou de paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Gérer un volume élevé de réclamations ET.
• Être un point de contact pour les questions juridiques, en particulier autour des tribunaux.
• Superviser des collègues juniors et des paralegals.

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas
• You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
• Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals
• Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy).
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Experience supervising paralegals or juniors
• Employment law and litigation expert
• 2-5 years PQE
