What we are looking for

• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• UK Qualified Lawyer with 6+ years PQE/experience.

Required skills and experience

• Extensive experience advising and negotiating diverse commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
• Experience working with or within software or IT companies (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
• Proven ability to produce and present reports to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
