Urban Jungle is hiring a Claims Handler to scale our in-house claims function and deliver best-in-class outcomes across home insurance. You’ll own a portfolio from FNOL to settlement, work with TPA partners, and drive improvements in SLAs while collaborating with Product, Underwriting and Engineering on exciting new markets.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in personal lines claims, preferably home insurance.
• Strong technical expertise in handling in-house and TPA claims.
• Ability to scale claims operations and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio from FNOL to settlement, delivering positive outcomes.
• Review claim referrals with TPAs and ensure strong performance.
• Drive improvements in SLAs across internal and external processes.
• Streamline in-house claims operations for efficiency and customer impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting and Engineering on new market launches.
