An established industry player is seeking an in-house employment lawyer to join their dynamic legal team in London. This role offers the chance to tackle complex employment law issues across EMEA, with a special emphasis on Germany. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the People team, providing valuable legal advice on a variety of employment matters, including contractual arrangements and employee relations. In this in-house employment lawyer role, you will be part of a wider legal team based in London, advising the business on the full range of employment law matters across EMEA, with a particular focus on Germany.
This is a great opportunity to face technical challenges in an interesting position and develop your knowledge and commercial acumen. You'll be supported by the Associate General Counsel, business leaders, mentors, coaches, and colleagues on the Legal, Compliance & Risk team to ensure you are learning and developing.
You will be providing a wide range of employment law advice and assistance related to Germany and across the EMEA business. You will support our People team, as well as the leadership team and gain extensive experience with senior stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with excellent English and German spoken and written communication skills and drafting skills.
