Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months experience handling public liability or employers liability cases.
• Experience in property damage work is advantageous.
• Understanding of the CPR and litigation process.

Aufgaben

• Deal with incoming claims for a self-insured not for profit organisation.
• Ideally resolve claims at the pre-litigation stage.
• Work alongside panel solicitors if litigated.
