In-House Counsel (initial 12 month FTC but likely to be made permanent)

Birmingham city centre based - c.70-80k

Role Overview

Exclusive in-house counsel role with a genuine success story and sector disruptor, continuing to grow rapidly and with purpose in the service industry.

Working with the GC and Co Sec, you will provide pragmatic in-house company commercial legal advice to support the continued growth and business aspirations.

You will handle a range of matters, with a focus on commercial contracts/agreements, corporate acquisitions, governance, and company secretarial work.

Candidate Profile

Likely to have 4+ years PQE, you may be in private practice or in-house. We are keen to hear from corporate lawyers looking to move in-house, where they can utilize their technical experience and diversify their skills to become an all-round in-house legal professional.

Alternatively, you may be a commercial lawyer or in-house counsel who enjoys variety and seeks to build your corporate and co sec exposure.
