Job Description:

In-House Counsel (initial 12 month FTC but likely to be made permanent)

Birmingham city centre based - c.70-80k

Exclusive in-house counsel role with a genuine success story and sector disruptor, continuing to grow rapidly and with purpose in the services industry.

Working with the GC and Co Sec, you will provide pragmatic in-house company commercial legal advice to support the continued growth and business aspirations.

You will handle a range of matters, with a focus on commercial contracts/agreements, corporate acquisitions, governance, and company secretarial work.

Likely to have 4+ years PQE, you may be in private practice or in-house. We are keen to hear from corporate lawyers seeking to move in-house, utilizing their technical experience while diversifying their skills to become an in-house all-rounder.

Alternatively, you may be a commercial lawyer or in-house counsel who enjoys variety and wants to build your corporate and co sec exposure.
