Job description

Douglas Scott is working with a Regeneration Business headquartered in the West Midlands. The global business is growing, with over 15K employees in the UK and over 70K worldwide.

They are seeking a 3-8 PQE solicitor (no upper limit on experience) who is confident providing commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders, as well as a variety of public and private sector clients.

Role Responsibilities

You will handle a variety of contracts on behalf of the business, primarily related to construction projects. An understanding of the contractual framework surrounding construction projects is essential, including experience in drafting and negotiating non-contentious JCT and NEC contracts.

The role is based at the company's UK headquarters in the West Midlands, but travel to other offices may be required (maximum 1 day per week).
