In-House Commercial Litigation/Property Solicitor - Gloucestershire

Are you a Litigation Solicitor looking to build a rewarding career In-House? This is an exciting opportunity to work on property-related disputes and wider commercial litigation with one of the UK's leading housing solutions providers based in Gloucestershire.

You will be part of a supportive team, handling a mixed caseload of property litigation and commercial matters. You will also support other areas of the legal team when needed, such as commercial contracts and regulatory matters.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

1. Managing property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters.
2. Handling property management, housing, and tenancy issues.
3. Handling commercial litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
4. Engaging with a diverse client base.
5. Ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Requirements:

This role is suitable for candidates with 5+ PQE. The ideal candidate will:

1. Have strong client relationship skills, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
2. Have property litigation experience.
3. Be enthusiastic and committed to growing their expertise.
4. Show initiative and drive, contributing to the team's reputation.
5. Experience working with central government, local authorities, and social housing providers would be advantageous.

This is a permanent role with hybrid working, requiring at least 1 day in the office per week. The client is open to full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) applicants.
