Job summary

BCL Legal is assisting a leading infrastructure and services company in recruiting an In-house Commercial Counsel. You will work alongside the General Counsel and Head of Legal on a broad range of commercial contracts and related matters.

Hybrid working is available, with the office in Greater Manchester. A generalist solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE is sought, with scope to cover projects, construction, governance and company secretarial duties.

Responsibilities

• In-house role involving a diverse range of commercial legal and contractual matters.
• Exposure to stakeholders across the business and collaboration with General Counsel and Head of Legal.
