Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its highly regarded in-house legal team within the infrastructure and engineering sector. This role involves advising on commercial, construction, and governance matters while supporting significant infrastructure projects.

The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative culture, aiming for work/life balance. Candidates should be qualified under England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction, with ideally over 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ PQE with experience in private practice or in-house.
• The role requires experience in high-value infrastructure projects.
• Candidates should possess strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support complex infrastructure projects across the business.
• Advise on a broad range of legal matters including construction and governance.
• Collaborate with project and commercial teams.
