Qualifications

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide commercially focused contractual advice to internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks within contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage client, supplier, NDA and service contracts.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual obligations, liabilities and risk.
• Support procurement, finance and operations during contract discussions.
• Assist with resolution of disputes, claims and regulatory issues.
• Liaise with external counsel for specialist advice.
