Indigo is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to lead legal contracting and commercial activities across the business. You will develop a best-in-class framework supporting growth while minimising risk, working with sales, bids, procurement and project delivery teams.

You will review, draft and negotiate a range of domestic and international agreements, advise on risk and ensure governance and delegated authorities are followed across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Experience managing the full contract lifecycle with governance, approvals and renewals.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risk with practical, business-focused advice.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial and contractual activities, driving performance while minimising risk.
• Review, draft and negotiate domestic and international agreements including MSAs, SOWs and NDAs.
• Provide pragmatic guidance on contractual rights, obligations and risk with proper approvals.
