Clifton Search is seeking a UK-qualified General Commercial Solicitor to join a high-performing Commercial Legal Team. You will lead on major commercial contracts, manage regulatory risk, and advise senior stakeholders across procurement, operations and cross-functional teams to drive commercially smart decisions.

You’ll protect the brand, support growth and ensure data protection and regulatory compliance, with a focus on pragmatic risk management and clear legal guidance for complex deals.

Qualifications

• UK qualified solicitor with private practice and/or in-house experience in commercial law.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation of complex contracts.
• Good knowledge of data protection law and information governance; familiarity with competition/regulatory issues desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage risk in supplier contracts and tenders for goods and services.
• Draft and negotiate a range of complex commercial contracts.
• Advise on contract structure and commercial strategy.
• Develop templates, standard terms and playbooks.
• Provide legal support on data protection, regulatory and brand protection.
