• Work with Move Management, Customer Service and Operations to ensure a seamless journey.
• Manage your diary effectively and follow up on enquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer information and survey records in systems.
• Work towards sales, conversion and profitability targets while delivering service excellence.
