Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Sales Department, covering homes across South Wales. You will visit customers, assess needs and provide tailored stairlift and homelift solutions, delivering outstanding service and achieving targets.

This permanent role offers Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week, and uncapped commission with an attractive base salary and on-target earnings. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and cover different territories.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve forecast sales targets, including sales volume, discounts, and conversion ratios.
• Conduct accurate surveys and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and safety.
• Respond to customer requests and deliver excellent service.
