Job summary

Stannah in South Wales is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the Sales Department, conducting home visits across South Wales and surrounding areas to present stairlift and homelift solutions, survey locations, and tailor recommendations to customer needs.

The role is Monday to Friday, 37 hours, permanent contract, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of £70,000. Base salary £26,780, plus travel to customer sites and some evenings and weekends; a market-aligned benefits package applies.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Experience in field sales, in-home consultations, or mobility-related products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve forecast sales targets including sales volume, discounts and conversion ratios.
• Conduct accurate surveys and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge including competitor offerings.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and safety.
• Respond to customer requests and deliver excellent service.
• Willingness to travel and cover different territories.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
