Job summary

Radis Community Care are seeking dedicated Complex Support Workers to join our team in Clun. You will deliver person-centred, specialised care to a gentleman in his own home, maintaining a clinical and supportive overview. A full driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance are required as you work in the community.

Training is provided and days and nights are available. Knowledge of spinal cord injury, autonomic dysreflexia and other needs is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex/home care settings is preferred.
• Ability to assist with personal and bowel care, medication, meals and activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, person-centred care in the client’s own home.
• Support with personal care, bowel care, meals and activities.
• Assist with medication administration and safe handling.
