Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking dedicated Complex Support Worker staff to deliver person-centred, specialised care in the gentleman's own home in Clun near Ludlow. Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance.
• Knowledge of spinal cord injury and autonomic dysreflexia; understanding of accessible, person-centred support needs.
• Full specialist training will be provided for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bowel care, and medication as required.
• Perform manual handling tasks safely and support with meals.
• Support the gentleman with activities inside and outside of the home.
• Deliver person-centred, flexible care in the client’s own home.
