Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant to support a teenage client in the Nottingham area. You will work regular weekly shifts providing care and companionship, helping the young person stay safe, engaged, and independent at home and in the community.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to learning the client’s needs and preferences to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in UK care.
• Experience working with complex health needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to a young person with complex needs.
• Support safe daily routines and independence in the community.
• Attend regular shifts and maintain consistent attendance.
