Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Community Healthcare Assistant to support a teenage client in the Nottingham area. You will work regular weekly shifts providing care and companionship, helping the young person stay safe, engaged, and independent at home and in the community.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and a commitment to learning the client’s needs and preferences to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in UK care.
• Experience working with complex health needs is desirable.

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):

• Days: £18.56 per hour


• Nights: £20.83 per hour

We are seeking experienced, engaging, and committed Healthcare Assistants to work regular weekly shifts with our teenage client. You will provide support to a young person with complex needs, autism, and learning disabilities, helping to ensure a safe, positive, and enriching daily experience.The ideal candidate will be reliable, dedicated to maintaining consistent shift attendance, and committed to learning our client’s individual needs and preferences to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.
