Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Signaling Design Engineer to join the Core Network Engineering team. Qualifikationen

• Strong experience designing signalling solutions within mobile core networks.
• Hands-on knowledge of signalling protocols including SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, Diameter, MAP.

Aufgaben

• Produce high and low-level designs for core voice signalling platforms.
• Lead signalling design activities across projects involving IP STP, DSC (DRA/DEA), IMS and legacy voice core networks.
• Define design requirements, capacity models and network evolution plans.
• Develop and support automated test capabilities for 5G Standalone (5G SA) and legacy core network nodes.
• Work closely with the Core Test team to automate call flow testing and improve delivery efficiency.
• Produce Statements of Requirements (SoRs), review supplier SoCs, SoWs and technical proposals.
• Ensure designs meet security, fraud prevention and operational standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams to support network transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and design assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
